They stole my rent back in 2013. I dropped my rent via money order through the rent drop box. Money order "mysteriously" goes missing but was cashed in south sac. Had to double pay in one month. Gold ridge is a nasty scam!

I have looked in to these apartments, as I have a friend that lives here. There is several things about these apartments that I have seen that are very discouraging. There pool is always filled with people that DO NOT live there, and they do not seem concerned at all. You can clearly see them walking in to the apartments with there towels, from down the street. Selena... You have a lot to learn about customer service. I called today to find out about available rentals and your attitude told me everything I need to know about how it would be to rent there. You're very condescending and rude and need to learn phone etiquette or get another job. I don't care that it's Friday and you don't feel like answering basic questions. If I ask you a question, I expect you to professionally answer my question. Rude people will never get my business.

Ok this is my second time coming on this yelp site and leaving a nasty comment about gold Ridge Apartments!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They have ROACHES INFESTATION!!!!!!!! BAD!!! They are coming out in the day and waking around the complex like nothing is wrong!! The employee that worked there confirmed that they are here every YEAR AND THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM HERE. Manament knows about it and they say that they can only slay certain areas and you have to be on the list?? You have mamma roaches, baby roaches, daddy roaches... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the WORST experience I ever had with an apartment complex, first a foremost they have ROACHES, and don't care to fix the situation at all, you have to call them to spray your home and you can't be on a set schedule! Cindy is the worst apartment manager ever she does not care for the tenants and neither is the rest of the staff! I couldn't wait to leave this hell hole!!
