Decided to write this review because it deemed necessary about the job well done by new management under Cindy and Robin, who came in around the end of Summer 2016. Ever since Gold Ridge Apartments went under new management, I have seen numerous changes for the better which has made me consider otherwise about moving. Well management has changed and I'm very hopeful that this company will finally make the changes needed around here. So far, so good. They seem to be working on security and the general appearance of the place and the office and maintenance staff is way more approachable and concerned about complaints and problems. Also says a lot when the managers actually live here and can see what goes on after hours. Was going to move but I think I'll stick around a while and see if it keeps getting better.

I love living in these apartments! My neighbors have been pretty awesome and aside from that so has management and security here. Have always looked out for our well being on top of worked with us in every way possible. The ones that needed to go with due process are gone now in the beginning when I first moved here, now going on my 4th yr lease now. Recently due to my own home issues and trying to get away considered moving even just to a different unit but I love where I'm at so much decided not to. Even with the rent goin... read more

I love living in these apartments! My neighbors have been pretty awesome and aside from that so has management and security here. Have always looked out for our well being on top of worked with us in every way possible. The ones that needed to go with due process are gone now in the beginning when I first moved here, now going on my 4th yr lease now. Bein a resident going on 5 years...I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I HAD TO WALK OUT TO MY CAR NOT PARKED WHERE I LEFT IT!!! These apartments had towed our car out of our assigned parking spot WHERE WE PAY RENT!! Because they had updated the parking passes to a parking sticker we had an old red one with our vehicle info on the ledger .they know who drives the car and knew we live here and they towed it at 3am .SHAME ON YOU...they hit us right before rent is due and mind you they raise the rent every year..2k IS TOO MUCH FOR A APA... read more

I have been waiting for my refund check of $180 for over 2 months , the people who are in charge are unprofessional, horrible at communication and have poor customer service. They need to be reported to the county and/or state.
