Let me just say do not apply to this place they take your money and run with it. My husband and I applied they told us they except people with challenge credit (I am talking a mistake that shouldn't be there and we asked them before applying) and once we applied to get the apartment they called us a few days later and said no we do not except people with credit like yours! They tell you what you want to hear over the phone to get you to apply to get your $80 in app fees. Then to top it off my husband went in to speak with th... read more

Beware of major FLEAS !!!!!!!!!! My Sweetheart and her 2 boys moved in about 3 weeks ago to a Flea Infestation... They are all bitten up on their legs, backs, etc.. The supposed management said they had someone come by yesterday and spray the apartment, but my Sweetheart caught about 30 fleas in a dish of soapy water over night.. So it looks like no one really came by to spray and someone is Lying... This is just terrible, I cannot believe Gold Ridge Apartments would allow this to happen to innocent people who have no pets,... read more

Moved here over about 3 weeks ago. Cockroach committee welcomed us in both bathrooms. I requested they spray and they did. My bathroom sink was clogged and leaking. My request was granted. I did fix the clog myself. I like the apartment layout, convenience in laundry and 1st floor plus public transportation is close and the Asian stores, restaurants, gas stations, freeway, bike trail, parks are all conveniently close. It's always a gamble for theft and vandalism if there is no garage. It doesn't matter what neighborhood. I j... read more

I've lived here for over two years. I have experienced a roaches mice pets crapping everywhere that doesn't get picked up trash overflowing in the trash bins residents putting trash outside their front door. If you call for extermination due to the bug problem you will have to wait there is a list and they only come out at certain times. I experienced last summer my air conditioning unit going out and I was provided with a huge blow box that sucked up my energy bill and it took almost all summer to fix my air conditioning un... read more

If zero stars was an option that is what this property will be getting. We had two property managers during our 3years here. This place is a joke! Managers DO NOT CARE about anything but rent. We have moved out of state and trying to get our security/Pet deposit back has felt like pulling teeth. The previous manager sent us part of our deposit and the now new manager (Property manager #3) Has been nothing but DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE to deal with NATASHA had spoken with my husband twice and on both occasions my husband has advi... read more
