DO NOT rent here! Don't even put in an application. Old bait and switch. I submitted application on Friday 10/20 for a downstairs unit specifically Apt 53. as advertised on their website. I even drove there found the empty apartment. Today Monday 10/23 I get a voicemail from Jenny. I called Gold Ridge Jenny hangs up on me and lets Nick answer when I call back. They give me the bogus are website has not been updated blah blah. I said alright just refund me application fee and deposit. They cannot refund money because it's non... read more

I have lived at GoldRidge for 2 years. I have had moments of being satisfied with how my issues or concerns have been handled, but %80 of the time it's unprofessional, unlawful, and a bit slumlord-ish! Monthly there's a whole new office staff that never has any information to refer to, regarding the tenant's situations. They seemed to be more concerned with planting flowers and changing the color of paint than they were with the safety of their tenants and tenants' personal belongings. This Apartment complex does NOT care about the rules nor making sure others abide by them. Walking my dog, on a leash, as it is expected and implemented in the LEASE that everyone signs. All dogs must be on leashes- this is obviously in accordance to not only protect YOUR DOG, but others around as well as their dogs too! There are so many dogs that run rampant around with no leashes and owners being negligent, irresponsible and unsafe with not having their dogs on a leash!!! If you're looking for a place to live I do not recommend this place. There's a very big ghetto mentality here, they throw trash everywhere but in the dumpster. Kids run around here all hours of the night unsupervised. And all they care about is how much money they can get out of you, it seemed that they are always putting notes on people's doors telling them that you owe money without telling you what it is 4. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The worst apartment I have ever resided in, no competition. From move in to move out it's been a distasteful experience, moving in our apartment was not ready at all. Carpets were old and smelled of animal urine, front door wouldn't shut properly due to track on the bottom peeled off, patio was molded with rusted nails, maintenance left huge bucket of paint in bedroom, dishwasher didn't work, washer and dryer within the unit's plug sparked and blew the outlet, you name it and it... read more
