Good place to live, have some good neighbors. Have responsible rent prices, and friendly staff when you walk into the leasing office.

Well after reading everyone's else review on Gold Ridge Apartments I must say I guess I've been one of the lucky ones to have live here for about almost 3 1/2 years now. I've had one incident with one cockroach when I first move in, management took care of it right away, never seen another one since. To me management is great to work with, I never had any issues while living there. Only negative thing I can say is when I first moved in before new management came, it has been a nightmare with lot's of incidents where polic... read more

Stayed here for about half a year and it was pretty smooth. Natasha at the front desk was really helpful during my stay and also during my move out process.
