I have been waiting for my refund check of $180 for over 2 months , the people who are in charge are unprofessional, horrible at communication and have poor customer service. They need to be reported to the county and/or state.

Been resident for some time . 4 years and always new management here . Had high hopes for this team but I've been calling for the past 2 months with no help . They take endless messages and NEVER CALL back . The new manager Miranda or whatever is on endless meetings and calls . The maintenance team on the other hand are such AWESOME individuals. Have the best attitudes and always make sure to get the jobs done . Hardworking guys. Please for the sake of people who been here forever . Just take care of your residents.... read more

Gold ridge apartment management is a joke ! They never do anything promised . Michelle " manager " is absolutely useless. Alma and the guy is even worse . Want to do better GET BETTER MANAGEMENT . Stop trying to hand out hot cocoa and treats when you guys don't care for the residents

Your new "security guard" Allen, who won't even provide any proof of actually being a security guard, but likes to flex in his tactical vest , while driving around here in an unmarked vehicle, and flashing his lights while doing so, is trouble. I understand the need for security, and am glad you removed the generic entrance password to the gates, but hiring an older gentleman who has some serious social issues to wander around here with his loud obnoxious wife makes no sense. DO NOT rent here! Don't even put in an application. Old bait and switch. I submitted application on Friday 10/20 for a downstairs unit specifically Apt 53. as advertised on their website. I even drove there found the empty apartment. Today Monday 10/23 I get a voicemail from Jenny. I called Gold Ridge Jenny hangs up on me and lets Nick answer when I call back. They give me the bogus are website has not been updated blah blah. I said alright just refund me application fee and deposit. They cannot refund money because it's non... read more
