If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the WORST experience I ever had with an apartment complex, first a foremost they have ROACHES, and don't care to fix the situation at all, you have to call them to spray your home and you can't be on a set schedule! Cindy is the worst apartment manager ever she does not care for the tenants and neither is the rest of the staff! I couldn't wait to leave this hell hole!! To make this simple, I copied and pasted what was sent to management =) To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to complain about the lack of professional customer service I recently received from a Gold Ridge Apartments/Ferguson & Brewer Investment Company reception by the name of Celina Sanchez. I don't live here and I really don't think I'll ever do. I considered this place for the low cost of their apartments but I have yet to hear from them and it's been a week. They said it would take up to 72 hours last Tuesday. I've tried to contact them to get an update and everyday that I call, no one answers the phone. So I guess I'll have to go personally and ask for the money I put as a hold. Super poor customer service. Glad I can decide that before I commit to living here. Outrageously over price for an place that's not safe and run down The office ladies are rude and scamming money from the tenants and pocketing the lates fees from them,Its a joke you cant just make up rules and change them when you want to ,$25.00 for leaving shoes on patio? Seriously some one needs to call housing this seems to not be legal to charge tenant's these over price fees ,it outrageous ,Your car cant stay clean the land scrapers blow dirt and leaves all over the place ,your car is vandalized and nothing is done,t... read more

Only 1 Star cause you have to leave a Star. I was constantly ridiculed for having a job that started at 4 a.m. Because i get up at 3 a.m. To get ready for work, im a Meth head. Im sorry that i have a job and get up for it early. My car has been vandalized, Management can give 2 craps about you until Rents late. If you read this, read the other negative reviews. They almost sound the same? Its because its true!! Stay away!!
